As part of preparations for the 2015 APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting in November, the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) advised airlines of periodic temporary runway closures at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) during the arrival and departure of heads of states in Manila.
